Frederick S. Freibott recently secured a large verdict in a medical malpractice birth injury case. A jury returned a verdict of $528,000.00 in a case where a nurse midwife used excessive force during delivery. The nurse midwife did not recognize that the baby had a shoulder dystocia (the lodging of a shoulder against the mother’s pubic bone), and, after using excessive force to deliver the baby, caused a severe brachial plexus injury to the baby, requiring numerous surgeries. Freibott law firm handled everything for me when I was involved in a car accident in 2017..I dealt with Dennis in the Lewes office and he was awesome. He called and updated me often and made the process very easy. I received a phone call from Fred Freibott personally assuring me they would take care of me and thanking me for trusting them to do so, I thought that was amazing. It made me feel like I mattered to them and I wasn’t just another case. Ultimately, they made a nightmarish situation easy to deal with..they handled the work and allowed me to recover from my injuries. I am so appreciative of Fred and the entire staff and I would recommend them to anyone in need.

Every employee at the Freibott firm treated me with the utmost respect from the very beginning. I had requested the firm after an auto accident I was in back in September 2018. These guys worked extremely hard in getting me the best possible settlement and offer. They were extremely reliable with answering any questions I had and responded almost instantly (never took more then a few hours to respond back to emails). They made the process extremely easy for myself and pretty much did all the work in getting the settlement completed and finalized, and did it very fast, in just a few months time. I am extremely impressed by this firm and the work ethic each and every one of the employees have there. I definitely am going to be recommending Freibott law firm to anyone and everyone I know that may need a lawyer. They will be highly recommended by me! Great service, great people, great experience! I truly do not wish hurt on anyone, but in the unfortunate event that you do get hurt and have a claim I wouldn't recommend anyone else BUT the freibott law firm. The staff are very professional and courteous. I know I bugged Ms Edea and Ms Susan with the constant emailing asking when could I expect my money lol but they didn't mind and always responded expeditiously. The environment is a welcoming, calm feeling like you know everything is going to be ok. They far exceeded my expectations and some. And unlike other lawyers who kill you with all the fees, the Freibott law firm kept there share to the 1/3rd. If anyone is in need of a good lawyer to represent them, I say to you look no further than "THE FREIBOTT LAW FIRM"

I met with Dennis Mason about an accident that I had where a motorist ran a stop sign and my car was totaled. I ended up with a concussion. Dennis was very genuine and appeared to be first concerned about my health. He was very honest with me and told me that I may not receive much from my injury because I am healing quickly and will make a full recovery. He said it was better if I settled with the insurance company by myself and gave me a few tips on how to handle them. I really appreciated his honestly and professionalism. That is hard to find nowadays.

I can’t give enough thanks to the Freibott Law Firm. In March of 2016 I was involved in an automobile accident. I was referred to the Freibott team by the chiropractor I was seeing at the time. They are a fantastic group of people who care about the clients they serve.
