Sandstrom v. Morgan’s Pier

The Freibott Law Firm secured a very large settlement on behalf of one of our clients regarding a slip and fall at Morgan’s Pier in Philadelphia.  Our client was at Morgan’s Pier and descended a set of stairs that did not have a safety railing and, due to the lack of a safety railing, fell down the steps.  Our client sustained an injury to her left leg that required two surgeries.  She underwent rigorous physical therapy and incurred several months of lost wages.  (Sandstrom v.
